Join watercolour artist Eva Merendes to create a body of watercolour works taking inspiration from the beauty of flowers.

This Studio Session is about exploring the basics of watercolours and introducing fun mixed media techniques. We will be working from real life flowers to create a body of colourful works of art with a contemporary twist.

As an indie art gallery, we believe in art as a lived experience of the many. Pioneering new ways of making art accessible in a post-covid landscape, we are proud to launch our Bleur Takeovers series, partnering with carefully selected venues across London to bring art closer to the people and support our artists. This Spring, we are thrilled to team up with the brilliant guys at Little Louie in Elephant Park: café by day, wine and cocktail bar by night. From mindfulness drawing to freestyle embroidery, join our talented collective of artists for weekly creative sessions every Wednesday evening from 7-9pm. You’ll be immersing yourself in cutting edge art explorations while socialising with your favourite drink — what’s not to like? Tickets will sell fast so make sure to grab yours!

Price includes all materials needed for the session and a drink voucher to redeem at the bar. Ticket sales go straight to supporting our artists.

About the artist

Eva Merendes is a Greek self-taught mixed-media artist who moved to London in 2016 to pursue her artistic aspirations. Since then, she has been featured in numerous group exhibitions and festivals. Influenced by her studies in Psychology, Eva offers an unconventional perspective where art becomes a tool for scientific study of the mind and behaviours to unveil what lies beneath the surface. A strong curiosity is the driving force behind Eva’s practice leading to fearless experimentations with different materials and media.

As with all creative experimentations, things can get a bit messy so make sure you wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on. Open to anyone, no previous experience required.
